Think about all the conferences, retreats and events you've attended, the websites you've used and promotional items you've seen. These are a big part of our ministry, and the skills required to do them are not possessed by everyone. In fact they are very hard to come by. Now think about the classes you are taking right now - do you want real life experience to see if you would like to work with the skills you are acquiring?
OSP is a focused on using your skills and abilities in areas of Operations to reach the world for Christ.
Its two fold. One: You will be placed in a role based on your major and interests. There you'll work on various projects that will have an eternal impact. Two: You will be developed personally and spiritually. And I'll throw this one in for free, its going to be an amazing, life changing time!
